Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations: We currently offer Australia-wide express shipping with Australia Post for a flat rate of $15. Local delivery is available to Mornington and surrounding areas. Local delivery cost varies depending on postcode. Please add your delivery address at checkout to view cost.

Dispatch & Shipping Timeframes: Orders will be dispatched within 1 business day from when they are placed. Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days; however, delivery times may vary due to Australia Post processing, with some orders arriving in approximately 3 business days.*

Cut-off Times: We ship orders from Monday - Thursday each week. Orders placed after 5pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

Local delivery orders must be placed by 5pm on Thursday for delivery on Saturday. We are unable to provide set times for local delivery.

Safe Delivery Protocol: If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave the package in a safe location. If no safe spot is available, your order may be taken to a nearby collection point for you to pick up.

We do our best to ensure all orders arrive safely, however, we cannot take responsibility for the package if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery.

Please ensure the delivery address provided meets one of the following conditions: The delivery address is attended at the time of delivery; or
If the address is unattended, you agree to take responsibility for the package if it is left in a secure location.

Incorect address: Please double check that the delivery address provided is full and complete, as we cannot provide a refund or replacement in this case.
