At Montanna's, we take great care to bake and deliver cookies you'll love. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Shipping and Minor Imperfections:
Due to the nature of shipping services, there is a small chance that some cookies may arrive with slight imperfections or minor breakages. While we do everything we can to package your cookies securely to avoid this, we kindly ask that you allow for these minor imperfections, as they do not affect the deliciousness of your cookies. Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements or refunds for cosmetic imperfections.
Non-Refundable Items:
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
- Orders where the recipient was not present to receive the delivery, or where a safe place was not available for the package to be left.
Reporting an Issue:
If your order arrives significantly damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at hello@montannas-st.com. Provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Missing Orders:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time (allowing for Australia Post delays), please reach out to us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before finalising your order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if an incorrect address was provided, leading to a failed or delayed delivery.
Return Policy:
As our cookies are perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns. Please reach out if you have any concerns about your order.
